Delivery
and
Charges
Orders are accessed first thing each weekday morning, and dispatched within a couple of hours using facilities available at the Post Office. Two services are offered for UK orders, differing in the speed of delivery. |

Standard (£4.95) uses letter post for smaller packages
and 'Royal Mail' standard parcel service for larger parcels. Delivery can be expected
to be about 3 - 4 working days. 1st. Class (£8.50) utilises 'Royal Mail' Services for parcels under 2 kg. and 'Parcel Force' 48 hr. for heavier parcels. Expected delivery times for these services are 1 or 2 working days. |

Overseas Orders
Within the area that we are prepared to serve, it is rare that delivery costs can be encompassed by those we charge for inland deliveries. We will contact you, for your approval, with the carriage costs calculated on the weight of the parcel, along with approximate delivery times. |

Returns
If you should find anything unsuitable, please feel free to return it. We must, however, insist that the goods are returned in the same condition that they were dispatched in, and if at all possible, with the original packaging and labels. In the event of exchanges, extra postage will be charged at the minimum possible rate. Refunds, if required, will be made for the full purchase price of the returned items. |
